F.A.Q.sCan I get a copy of your catalog?
All the products we have avaliable for the public to purchase are on our website in our Online Store, at http://www.leaderpaper.com/store. This is both our catalog and our online storefront. These items are kept in stock and can ship immediately. We do not have a paper catalog for the public.
Do you offer printing/imprinting services, or can your recommend any?
No, we do not offer any kind of printing services. All of our products are shipped blank to you, with the expectation that you will print them yourself at home or will take them to your local printing house for printing. We can't offer any recommendations, but we suggest you take a sample of your project with you when you ask your local print house for
Can I have wholesale/bulk pricing?
Wholesale discount takes effect once you place an order of 25 or more cartons of the same item. If you would like to place an order of this size, please call Customer Service at (800) 876-2273.
Do you carry paper that matches envelope line X?
Due to overwhelming demand for matching paper, we are slowly adding 8½" x 11" sheets cut from the same stock that we convert our envelopes out of. If there is a line in paticular that you're curious about, let us know!
Do you carry size X envelope?
For most lines we carry the most popular A sizes (see size chart), as well as our most popular square size (6½") and a No. 10 commercial size. If you need another size we can custom make exactly what you need for a small minimum quanitity of 2,500 pieces (for most projects). Please request a quote for more information.
What's the difference between "vellum" and "translucent"?
In the paper industry, "vellum" is a term used to describe a paper with a smooth surface, not the degree of transparency. On our site we've used the more correct term, "translucent", to describe trasparent paper and envelopes.
Can I see a sample of a product before I buy it?
We are happy to provide samples of our products to customers to aid in a purchase decision. Please fill out our sample request if you would like a sample sent to you.
I have a special kind of paper. Will you convert it into envelopes for me?
We are always happy to use customer-supplied stock. Please call Customer Service at (800) 876-2273 to discuss your project with us.
What other kinds of services do you do?
We offer a wide range of value-added services, including: window envelopes, tabbing, shrink wrap, banding, private labeling, collate, scoring/perforating, peel and seal envelopes, embossing, and more. Please request a quote for pricing on these services.
